Manager of Operations - Regina, SK

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Manager of Operations to provide leadership, coordination, and operational oversight across technical service teams. This role will work closely with senior leadership and department managers to support performance, service delivery, and sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between leadership and operations, helping to align teams, improve processes, and drive execution of strategic priorities. Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and department managers to support alignment and operational effectiveness

  • Identify operational challenges and support teams in removing barriers to performance and delivery

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across departments

  • Facilitate regular operational reviews to assess progress against financial and operational targets

  • Identify risks, inefficiencies, and performance gaps, and support corrective action planning

  • Provide operational insights and data to support decision-making at a leadership level

  • Support collaboration between operations and sales to ensure alignment with business growth objectives

  • Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to support relationship development

  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels across teams and partners

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and operational practices

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in business, operations management, engineering, or a related field

  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in operations, project coordination, or technical service environments

  • Experience supporting operational teams in achieving performance and service delivery targets

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, financial tracking, and business performance metrics

  • Experience in industries such as utilities, infrastructure, engineering services, or related sectors is considered an asset

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams
