Aftermarket Sales Manager - Western & Midwestern United States
Job Description
Our client is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Manager to drive sales and business development across a defined U.S. territory, with a focus on rotating equipment and industrial service solutions. This role combines technical expertise with commercial strategy, supporting customers across oil & gas, chemical, and petrochemical sectors.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored service and aftermarket solutions. Responsibilities:
Manage sales and business development activities across assigned territories
Build and maintain strong client relationships while expanding market share
Develop and execute sales strategies and pipeline initiatives with measurable revenue impact
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, quotations, and technical solutions
Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing technical support and solution guidance
Support project execution and ensure alignment with contractual requirements
Contribute to business growth initiatives and market expansion efforts
Assist with troubleshooting, data collection, and root cause analysis as required
Provide regular sales forecasts, reporting, and updates on pipeline activity
Requirements
10+ years of experience in sales, technical advisory, or commercial roles within rotating equipment or turbomachinery environments
Strong knowledge of rotating equipment such as compressors, pumps, and turbines
Experience working within oil & gas, chemical, or petrochemical industries
Ability to interpret technical documentation including P&IDs, PFDs, and engineering specifications
Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing and growing customer accounts
Proven ability to develop new business and expand market presence
Strong communication skills and a self-driven, entrepreneurial approach
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
