The contractor is placed on your payroll, and we bill our search fee on a month-to-month basis for a 1 year term. For example, a $12,000 search fee would be billed monthly at $1,000 a month. If the contract ends before the month is over, we prorate our charge accordingly. At the end of the contract, the candidate can be incorporated as a full-time employee or stay on your payroll as a contractor.

There is a temporary-to-permanent fee for the remainder of the contract.For example, if the client has the individual for six months and decides to hire them, the client would be billed for the remaining six months of fees associated with that contract.

After one year, the individual is fully your candidate and we no longer charge fees. Competitors often keep contractors on their payroll at higher fees well past the one-year mark.
