Inventory Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Inventory Coordinator to support our clients’ inside sales and operations team. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
Assist with receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities and product details against purchase orders
Update and maintain inventory records within the company’s inventory management system
Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits, identifying and reporting discrepancies
Monitor stock levels and flag slow-moving, expired, or damaged inventory to supervisors
Follow established inventory control procedures and safety protocols
Collaborate with storage yards, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow across the supply chain
Requirements
Post-secondary education in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is considered an asset (not required)
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
Experience with Business Central is an asset
Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
Willingness to learn inventory control processes, safety procedures, and company policies
Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and escalate discrepancies
Ability to follow directions while working both independently and collaboratively
Positive, team-oriented attitude
