Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to work closely with assigned client groups to provide guidance and support across a range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organizational development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full cycle of talent management, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.

  • Assist in implementing talent development programs, including goal setting, succession planning, performance evaluations, and development initiatives.

  • Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.

  • Collaborate with the compensation specialist to assess and deliver compensation programs.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR projects and initiatives, including organizational change, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.

  • Support HR programs and initiatives at the enterprise level and ensure consistent application across the organization.

  • Regularly gather feedback from client groups to ensure HR programs and services are aligned with business needs.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven HR advisory experience or in a similar HR role.

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or equivalent experience.

  • CPHR designation (or actively working toward it) is considered an asset.

  • Hands-on experience in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, policy interpretation, and HR compliance.

  • Experience supporting organizational change and engagement initiatives.

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms; experience with Workday is an asset.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

  • Collaborative team player who promotes a culture of trust, agility, and accountability.
