Human Resources Administrator - Calgary
Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to provide support across payroll, benefits, and HR programs. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing, maintaining employee records, and assisting with a variety of HR initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Process payroll and benefits in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure compliance with employment standards and payroll requirements.
Support employee onboarding, offer letters, and offboarding documentation.
Track vacation, leaves, and attendance records.
Prepare HR reports and summaries as required.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR and payroll matters.
Assist with day-to-day HR tasks and support ongoing projects.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR or payroll administration role.
Solid understanding of payroll processes and employment regulations.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
