Human Resources Administrator - Calgary

Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to provide support across payroll, benefits, and HR programs. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing, maintaining employee records, and assisting with a variety of HR initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

  • Process payroll and benefits in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Ensure compliance with employment standards and payroll requirements.

  • Support employee onboarding, offer letters, and offboarding documentation.

  • Track vacation, leaves, and attendance records.

  • Prepare HR reports and summaries as required.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR and payroll matters.

  • Assist with day-to-day HR tasks and support ongoing projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR or payroll administration role.

  • Solid understanding of payroll processes and employment regulations.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
