Graphic Design Manager
Job Description

Responsibilities:
Packaging Design: Develop original packaging concepts and production-ready files for new and existing product lines, ensuring alignment with brand and regulatory standards.
Digital & Web Design: Create engaging visuals for paid media, email campaigns, Amazon listings, and direct-to-consumer web assets.
Content Creation: Produce and edit product and lifestyle photography, short-form video, and social media content optimized for digital channels.
Brand Storytelling: Collaborate with marketing to execute creative campaigns that strengthen brand identity and drive engagement.
Creative Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual presence across packaging, retail, digital, and social platforms.
Project Management: Oversee branded, private-label, and packaging projects to maintain clarity, timelines, and attention to detail.
Requirements
Proven experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), food & beverage, or lifestyle brand design (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with After Effects or video editing tools is an asset.
Strong eye for photography, typography, and layout.
Hands-on experience designing for packaging and understanding of print production.
Familiarity with digital advertising formats (Meta, Google, Amazon) and web design best practices.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
