Senior Producer
Job Description
Catch Recruitment is in search of a permanent full-time Senior Producer who will join their Client's Insurance team in Red Deer, Alberta. The Senior Producer’s primary responsibility will be to build a book of business all while playing a crucial role in fostering team expansion, providing mentorship and converting prospects into customers. In this position, you will be paired with a designated Commercial Risk Advisor to support you in managing your portfolio. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our client's success by focusing on efforts aimed at maintaining a client retention rate exceeding 93% while actively supporting the achievement of the brokerage's annual goal for acquiring new business.
Responsibilities:
Manage a book of business including maintaining client relationship, on-site risk assessments & claims management.
Keep up to date with trends and techniques.
Prepare and present professional and competitive proposals to prospects/clients detailing coverages and services from brokerage.
Accurate document management.
Providing team leadership, mentorship, and account oversight.
On-site visit to preform a SWAT analysis and outline the risks, in prospecting, sales, renewals, claims & service situations.
Be involved in the community.
Cold calling, warm calling and prospecting.
Requirements
Completion of CAIB, C.I.P. or C.R.M. preferred.
Licensed Level 2 Insurance Agent required.
Experience with EPIC, Microsoft Office Suite, or comparable computer systems.
5-7 years experience as a sales executive within an independent commercial insurance business environment
3-5 years experience within a team environment in a CSR positions.
Actively working on C.I.P or CAIB designation preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates with a post-secondary education, experience in a sales environment.
Management/Leadership experience, and willingness to learn.
Valid Alberta Drivers License required.
